EAGLE ACADEMY
One Club One Pathway One Future
Uniting Cranbourne’s Juniors and Seniors into One Club, One Pathway, One Future
The Eagle Academy is Cranbourne Football Club’s integrated junior-to-senior pathway program.
While the program works closely with Cranbourne Juniors, it’s not exclusive. Any junior from surrounding clubs who dreams of one day playing senior football at Cranbourne will be welcomed.
The Academy creates weekly connection between our senior program and the next generation.
Our senior footballers are household names in local footy. They are role models. And now, they’ll be teachers.
It’s purpose is to reconnect juniors and seniors into one unified club and create a clear, visible football journey from U8s through to senior football.
At Cranbourne Football Club, we believe the future of our senior program begins long before a young player walks through our doors at 18. For too long, junior and senior football have operated separately. The Academy bridges that gap by creating regular, meaningful contact between young players and the senior program — making the pathway feel real long before players turn 18.
The Academy is open to:
Cranbourne Junior Football Club players
Junior footballers across the South-East region
Players from surrounding clubs who aspire to play senior football at Cranbourne

1. Weekly Senior Player Integration
2. High-Performance Framework
3. Weekly Club Integration
4. Thursday Night Club Connection
Each week (Tuesday or Wednesday), a senior player or coach visits a junior team (U8–U17) to run a focused, age-appropriate session.
Sessions will cover:
Kicking and marking fundamentals
Contested work
Forward and defensive craft
Positioning and game awareness
Leadership and mindset
The aim is to provide real names, real role models and real impact.
LONG TERM VISION
The Eagle Academy aims to:
Reunite juniors and seniors as one club
Create a visible pathway: U8 → U10 → U12 → U14 → U16 → U19 → Seniors
Improve retention at ages 14–19
Strengthen the Under 19s program
Build senior success through home-grown players
Establish pride in wearing blue and gold
A junior will no longer question where they fit at 17 or 18 — they will already feel part of the senior club.
